The Arts Are Alive In Norristown!
The Norristown Arts Council would like to thank everyone who participated in the 5th Annual Norristown Arts Hill Festival. The event showcased the immense artistic talent in the Norristown area- 29 different performances, including singing, dancing, spoken word, and theater. Performers included veterans like George Weldon and Alaina Nelson, to the new talents like Montco Idol finalists Aubrey DeMedio, Molly McLane, and Tammy Tuckey (if you haven't voted already, go to www.norristownartshill.org.idol)
We would like to thank the record number of vendors who participated this year. From the Willis Brothers barbecue, to smoothies, paintings, jewelry, and other service providers- all of the vendors meet the needs of the Norristown community and were an important part of the festival.
Most importantly we would like to thank everyone who came out to enjoy the beautiful day, making this yet another memorable day on Arts Hill.
